Bicycle Trailer?

I am looking into getting a bicycle. But I have had a long time problem with bikes in that they don't haul much gear, I like a lot of cargo room.
I recently saw one of those baby stroller/trailer/carriage device a man was pulling behind a bicycle and I think that is what I need. I looked online... these things Buy Acomplia pills are like 300-600 dollars! Isn't there one that is more like 60 or less? All they are is some fabric and some plastic/steel/aluminum right? Anything more than like 80 bucks seem totally unreasonable to me. Where can I g t one for a more reasonable price?
Do I need I certain type of bicycle to use one of these?
Also, do all bikes accept those baskets on the handle bars? I want one of those too.... I like cargo space... lots of cargo space.
