Can You Recommend A Traditional Style Bicycle?

I am looking for a traditional womens bicycle, I really like the look of the pashley bicycles http://www.pashley.co.uk/lists/classic-bicycles.html especially the poppy. However I live in a hilly area and the pashleys cheap drugs without prescription have a steel frame and only 3-5 gears, can you recommend a bike with a similar style to the pashleys with a lighter frame and more gears. I also need one with a basket, or one that you can attach a basket to.
