exercise…and back issues. HELP!?

I want to loose weight for my wedding next year, my main issues are my inner thighs and belly. I am not obese, but I have enough extra to want to lose it
The issue is that I have scoliosis in my lower back and can't do crazy amounts of crunches and sit ups or I'll throw my back out. I bicycle right now, but it's only working my calves and still have the thighs. Some basket ball but works only my arms and some upper body.
I need a fast and easy on my back way to loose my belly, not so worried about the thighs. ANY ANSWERS ARE WELCOME.
