If a guy is seen riding a bike with a front basket should his man card immediately be revoked?

Well where are we gonna keep our groceries or our stuff when we ride our bikes?
We gotta put them somewhere. I can't have a plastic bag getting caught in the wheels or spokes.

I'll put a crate in front so I can keep my cargo Levitra buy in it whilst riding the bike.
